Cancellation If, unfortunately, the weather on your charter day is not as good as we are, the charter day can be postponed at any time free of charge or a voucher can be issued for the coming season.

Guest Conditions The number of guests is different per boat. Please find out more about this on the website or ask the staff. Children under 2 years old are allowed. A deposit of 200€ will be blocked on a credit card. This will be canceled if the yacht returns to the port with no damage to the guests. The use of the water toys is at your own risk.

What to bring Official passport / photo ID Credit card for a deposit of 2000 €. Debit cards are not accepted. Beach wear, hat, sunglasses, sun protection... and good mood!

Are children allowed on the boats? All our boats are child friendly. Our team ensures that suitable life jackets are available on board. In the case of minors, a legal guardian must be present. Please be sure to let us know if there are children under the age of 6 on board so that we can have special safety equipment on board.

What happens in case of bad weather? Bad days are very rare in Mallorca's summer. However, if the weather is unsuitable, we will be happy to rebook your charter. If this is not possible, the amount will be refunded.

When does the charter/charter period start? A charter day includes 8 hours. The charter day starts at 8:00 a.m. at the earliest and the boat should arrive safely in the harbor by 10:00 p.m. Exact times vary in spring and fall. In consultation with the staff, you can stay on board for a longer period of time for a fee. You can also book half a day (4 hours). The same times apply here as for the whole day.

What is included in the charter price? Minibar, towels, 21% VAT (Spanish tax) and snorkeling equipment are always included in the price. Gasoline is charged according to consumption. We leave every boat with a full tank. The difference according to consumption is filled up at the gas station at the port entrance and paid by the customer. The boats are always returned with a full tank. A skipper is not included, but can easily be booked.

Food & Drinks Drinks and food/snacks can be ordered on request. Here are no wishes left. Just ask us!

How does payment work? Payment is made before the booking begins. Meeting point is at the boat or in a restaurant in the harbor. Everything financial is done there.

What language(s) does the Lucky Charter Team speak? All our skippers speak German, English and Spanish.
